We at Bushey & Oxhey Ladies Circle are a group of ladies aged between 18 and 45 who meet twice a month to enjoy the fun of friendship coupled with the opportunity to serve our community and to raise funds for charities and local organisations. If you are new to the area and are looking to make new friends, then why not give us a try.

Circle means lots of different things to lots of different people: it could be meeting new friends, trying something new, or just meeting up for a chat.

Typical social events include theatre trips, themed nights such as wine tasting or chocolate evenings where we meet at one of our Circler’s houses, games evenings, bowling, going to the cinema, country walks and simple coffee and cake evenings, to name but a few.

Past fundraising events have included Indian meals, quiz nights, sponsored events, gala balls, race nights and collecting with the Round Table’s Santa Float.

We do not knit or make jam and we rarely ever swap recipes (unless it’s ice cream!) but we do have lots of fun, raise money for charity, and support the local community.
